Cancellation policy

Greece Private Tours has one cancellation rule for every tour in Santorini, Athens and on the day trips from Athens: cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before the start, by email or WhatsApp. Inside that window, or if nobody comes to the meeting point, the full price of the tour is due. Your booking page shows the exact deadline for your date and time.

Changes of date or group size are free until the same 72-hour limit.

How to cancel or change

Reply to your confirmation email, use the link in it to change or cancel the booking yourself, or write to +30 6944803339 on WhatsApp with your booking reference. We answer in writing, so you have the cancellation on record. A change of date or group size counts as a change of the booking and follows the same deadline.

Cruise days

Cruise itineraries change. If your ship skips the port or cannot tender, tell us as soon as your cruise line announces it; how such a day is handled is agreed with the office, and we say so in writing.
