Greece Private Tours takes group and travel-agent bookings on Santorini and in Athens, from 8 guests in a minibus to 55 in a coach, priced per person from eight; a cruise group gets one contact and one plan built from the ship’s times. Groups of 8 to 55
From eight guests the vehicle is a minibus and the price is per person: 80 EUR each on the 4-hour highlights tour in Athens and 100 EUR each on the 5-hour Santorini tour, from the same rate card the tour pages print. From twenty guests the vehicle is a coach, up to 55 seats. In Athens the 8-hour group tour by coach is sold per person for 20 to 50 guests, 30 EUR each, with the programme agreed with the office. The 8-hour days and the day trips to Delphi, the Argolis and Meteora are per person from eight as well, 100 EUR each on the 8-hour table, the longest on the card. Entrance fees are paid per person at the gate, with timed tickets at the Ministry of Culture sites, and a licensed guide for the group is booked on request and quoted separately.
Cruise groups
One contact for the call: give us the ship, its arrival and all-aboard times and the number of guests, and the plan comes back with the tour that fits, the meeting point at the Piraeus terminals or the top of the Fira cable car, and the day ending 90 minutes before all-aboard. On Santorini a group comes up the cable car in turns, at 1,200 people an hour for everyone in the bay, so the meeting time allows for it; the one-day guide works a busy day through. We do not promise the return to the ship; we plan for it.
Travel agents
What the office needs for a quote: the dates, the number of guests, where the group starts and either the tour from this site or the stops you want; what comes back is a written plan with the price for the group, per group or per person as the size decides, confirmed by email before anything is paid. Terms for agents are agreed by email; nothing on this site states a commission, a deposit or a payment method, because the office sets those with you. The price guide prints the public rate card with its date.
How to ask
Through the quote form below: your company if you have one, the number of guests (the form names the vehicle the party takes), the first day with a start time or the ship’s times, where the group starts, and the programme with every further date, port or hotel. The request gets a reference and a page of its own at once, and the answer comes by email with the plan and the price per person; for a party under eight, book a tour or use the custom day form.
