Every booking has its own page, reached from the link in our email. Lost it? Enter the reference and the address you booked with, and we email the link again.
What your booking page does
- Shows the booking as the office works from it: the day, the start, the group, where we meet you, the total, and whether it is requested, confirmed or cancelled.
- Prints your free-cancellation deadline, computed from the start time and the 72-hour rule of the cancellation policy.
- Takes a change request (the date, the time, the group, the pickup) and a cancellation request; the office answers by email and the page shows where each request stands.
- Adds the day to your calendar and prints the voucher with the board your driver holds.
